Inspi-R Aviation Academy is a training institute established with the vision of making aviation careers accessible, affordable, and achievable for young people in India.
The academy operates as a subsidiary of Inspi-R Services, a trusted organization founded with the goal of creating global career opportunities for the young.

Inspi-R Aviation Academy was established under the guidance of Sasagu Takemoto, CEO of Inspi-R Services, with the aim of providing students with the knowledge, discipline, and confidence required to succeed in competitive industries industries.
Recognizing the growing opportunities in the aviation industry, the academy was created to prepare students for one of the most exciting and rewarding career paths available today.

The aviation training program was started and is headed by Ashutosh Mathur, a former cabin crew professional who has spent several years working as an aviation instructor and mentor. Through his experience in the industry, he has trained and guided many students, helping them successfully clear interviews and secure placements in multiple national and international airlines.

Having experienced firsthand how aviation can transform a person’s life, he realized that the industry is still not widely understood and often feels out of reach for many students. High costs, lack of proper guidance, and limited awareness prevent talented young people from pursuing their dreams.

With this belief, Inspi-R Aviation Academy was created to change that.

Our goal is to spread awareness about the aviation industry and provide high-quality training at affordable fees, so that anyone with dedication, discipline, and the dream to fly can get the opportunity to build a successful career.
